 TidyPet is Bismarck’s professional pooper scooper service. We do the dirty work so you don’t have to. TidyPet understands that keeping a yard free of dog dirt can be an unpleasant task. Let us relieve you from the burden of keeping your yard tidy and sanitary.
Start Service
To start, pause, skip, or cancel service is easy as calling us at 214-5795, emailing us at info@tidypet.net, or simply contacting us through our online request service form. There are no contracts to sign.
Initial Visit
Our first visit to your home will consist of meeting with you and your pet(s) and briefly discussing your needs. If it has been awhile since someone has cleaned up the waste from your yard our professional staff will tidy up your yard by removing the accumulated pet waste. Only after you’re satisfied with our job, will we collect the initial cleaning fee.
 Weekly Visits
Regular weekly cleanings begin with a professional TidyPet employee arriving at your home according to a predetermined schedule. Using clean, disinfected, tools TidyPet thoroughly and quickly removes all dog dirt waste from your yard. All the waste is then double bagged and either placed in your outdoor trash receptacle or we can haul the waste offsite. The TidyPet employee will leave a service tag on your door with your next service date.
Billing
At the end of every month TidyPet sends out statements. We can send your statement through the mail or we can email it to you. Invoices can be paid by check through the mail or online using PayPal. Payments are due by the 15th of the month for services performed during the previous month. A $5.00 charge is applied for all late payments and a $25.00 charge for all returned checks. There are no contracts to sign.
